If you are reading this, you are part of the very first digital circle of Quinta KAKAW, and our heart is incredibly full to have you here.
For a long time, this project lived only in our hearts, in the warmth of a ceremonial cacao cup, in late-night talks, and in a deep, cellular calling to return to the basics. Today, those whispers have found their anchor in the raw, sun-drenched hills of central Portugal.
Listening to the Land
Quinta KAKAW is not just a piece of land; it is a living entity that called us 2 years ago. Back then it was an abandoned place, invaded by brambles, where there was a century-old stone ruin. Now, we have made this our home, transmuted the land, and revived the old house.
Our vision here is simple yet profound: to build a sanctuary for profound reconnection. An animist refuge where we learn to slow down, listen to the seasons, and remember how to live in reciprocity with the Earth.
We are building it with our own hands, with patience, and intention.
What We Are Creating For You (Early 2027)
We are currently in the process of shaping:
The Cacao & Ceremony Space: A beautiful bell tent dedicated to sacred cacao medicine, sound, and community gatherings, here in central Portugal.
The Slow Cabin: A cozy wooden nest designed for travelers, seekers, and sisters who need to unplug from the noise of the world and rest deeply.
The Nomad Anchor: Welcoming spaces for vans and slow travelers (which will eventually be listed on Park4night) to park, breathe, and share the magic of the land. Actually, you can already rent our Camper for tours in the region via Yescapa, check it out.
